Does anyone know why H&S is not an option in NSW? I just can't understand why it would be.. do they not want more customers? I took it for granted for so long from QLD, now in NSW.
Pretty sure its currently available in NSW or at least at certain stores. The one at Punchbowl has a banner at the front with it. I'm guessing it doesn't sell as well here.
Depends on who owns the stores. Collins owned has H&S, Yum owned does not.
@apptrack: If true that would be because Collins owns 48 stores in WA and they didn't want the others to miss out.
Currently the stores have the boneless H&S.
@Mrs W: Which is just a zinger fillet. Not the same as real H&S :( Although to be honest, H&S has sucked for years anyway. It was good back in the 90s and early 2000s.
@Ghost47: It actually had thigh meat chicken in it, as opposed to Zingers which had breast meat. But that promo is over with now

Because they dont have the correct equiptment to cook it. Most of the chicken is pressure fried. Zingers/Hot and Spicy/Wings are cooked in an open fryer, so you get that extra crispy coating. Most stores only have 1 open fryer, stores which sell Hot and spicy all year round have multiple of these open fryers letting them cook to demand. As well as the chicken is cooked from fresh it takes around 16 mins in the fryer to cook, so not being able to cook zingers/Wicked wings for 16 mins is a hard ask.
Yep, we have 2 ope air fryers, 1 preasure cooker of the same size and 2 big pressure cookers, allthough our store doesnt sell much H&S, so we dont cook it much
I worked for KFC when zingers first came out in 1990 and they were definitely pressure cooked back then. No wonder I used to think they were so much better. Spicier too but that might just have been my teenage pallet.
Being an employee I wonder if you could cook some in the PC and see how much better they are?

So true. I don't know who calls the shots at KFC HQ about the recipe or taste of H&S, but they need to do better work IMO.

it will be unlimited. afaik they have no way of limiting it to one per order.

Huh? The burger one is 1 day only and the 9pc for $9.95 will be 5 weeks (1 week app only, then 4 week in store)

If they once did it, chances are something on their system is broken, id send an contact form saying how online ordering aint working and they'll proably be able to fix the store up!
My store has stopped doing it because their entrance is being renovated/dining room is closed… but they're still running the drive-thru, so why no app orders?
Pretty much, as you can only go through a drive thru on a vehicle, if you prepay for a kfc order and dont have a car you cant go and pick up your order not arrange a refund.
You should be able to get any app only offers by asking for it when you order.

This would’ve been handy tonight as had unexpected blackout, no power until 9.30pm. Warning, for me when you order 3 (6) burgers through app price initially comes up as $17.85, but checkout price is $29.75. Salad for dinner
George Street claim they dont have any filet left. Once during 9pcs deal they actually put out notice they are not doing it. How can a direct own store be so stingy, I dont see maccas ran out of beef today and their offer was free.
I always found Geogre Street was good for 9 for $9.95.

I remember one day, I came at about 7pm on Tuesday they had a sign up saying they were out.
I think they were genuinely out (but then again, maybe not. Maybe they still had chicken to buy individually at full price).
