  • Hi Rep,
I’ve installed 3 X 3 and 2 gangs switches in my house which looks and works great but where do I find the MAC address of each switches? When I long press the left hand icon under device info it only shows 10digits numbers no letters and it this number does not correspond with the number on the router.

We have lodged a ticket with Ctec support team, someone will be in touch with you shortly.

any chance for a 4 gang switch?

    • This.

    • No, looks like they couldn't fit that many gang mechs in a standard switch plate.

  • Can you power a light hut have the switch do a different function?

    • It's basically an on/off switch for an AC circuit, anything on that circuit will be controlled by it, but on/off only.

It can also control on/off of another Ctec switch, by linking them up through the phone app setting.

      • So setting a switch to switch of another switch?

  • I wish the switches were touch sliders.

My ideal Smart Switch would be 3 gang where one could control the Fan speed by swiping left and right, and on and off with a touch.

Remaining two gangs would be similar for dimmable led downlights.

    • Something like this https://www.brilliant.tech/home supposedly they release global soonish. Maybe this company should look at distributing that one

      • We would love to but they need to get these products certified in Australia before we get in touch.

        • They said they were planning international in a previous email. So hopefully soon

          • @asa79: I really like the design of this switch, just a bit pricey though.
Function wise, it worth the money.
