as per title, this is a relatively new set.

LEGO® Disney Pixar Toy Story 4 Buzz & Woody's Carnival. rrp 79, sale price 59.

not available on ebay so no further discount available.

tried to apply discount couple from front page but that also wasnt successful

Unusual for Target to sell Lego much lower than RRP these days! Must be a slow moving range.
I think all these sets are "4+" which seems to be the new way of branding "Lego Juniors" as I found out to my chagrin with a Lego Movie 2 set I bought.
