    Try adding some to scrambled eggs.
    No milk, just some cream cheese (and fresh chives)

      Mmmmmm, defo comes out good. I always experiment with different cheeses to my scrambled eggs. Sometimes I add things like broccoli, mushroom, chopped potatoes, onions. But you'd have to know in which order to cook them, but it comes out amazing if cooked right with mozzarella.
