So $10 is base shipping and I'm assuming the more you buy, the more you pay for shipping?

From previous discussions a few people as per their reviews have received dented boxes due to packaging issues and OP didn't want to help.
OP himself never acknowledges these issues here, despite being asked.
As a collector of board games, I find OP's prices very reasonable and almost every post there is at least $100 worth of games I wish to purchase; but have not been confident to take the plunge yet

I think most receive their games without issues- I hope you fall in this category
so most don't need after sales service
But there are a few who receive dented boxes/ don't receive their games at all
eg one review from memory- five weeks later after multiple emails was finally told no stock, then he had to chase his refund which he eventually got after several more emails
Whilst pricing has been great, after sales service has been lacking, which shouldn't be an issue for most.
And OP's continual silence on that front, over several weeks, does not instill confidence.
That's just me :)
We ship over 50+ orders a day and although while we are still improving our services in communication, I would like to think that our packaging services has drastically improved over the last 3 months.

There’s also quite a lot of feedback on your ebay page which says the same.
So obviously it’s a issue affecting customers. What has your store done in the last 3 months to improve packaging?
Reviews mentioned you shipped boxed items simply with black wrap and no other protection, others mentioned items shipped in oversized boxes with little or no bubble wrap or packing pellets/foam causing items to bounce around during shipping or get crushed etc etc.

We all larger board games we have packed the board games in boxes and for smaller ones we use a black shrink wrap & bubble wrap.
I don't see boxes being crushed in large boxes unless the box itself is damaged.

On your facebook page is the one from Jan, they have been waiting for their game since October- hopefully that has been resolved
and on your ebay page- 8 complaints in the last month
Like I have said above, most will probably receive their items fine
and if you are posting 50 items a day, ie 1500 items a month, 8 is a small number
But if I do order, and I have a dented box/ or if my item does not arrive, I would not like to be in their company.
I'm all for supporting local businesses esp small ones, but it has to be a two way street :)

We can refer to a few damages.
We resolve all issues with shipments and provide consistent communication.
We have 8 complaints last month with 5 of them being out of stock rather than damaged. We do acknowledge that we have an inventory issue whereby our inventory isn't in sync across 3 of our platforms.
If you do order and the item arrives damaged then please let us know.
As long as the complaint is within 14 days we provide a full refund to yourself when item is delivered back (we pay for the shipping back).
You do make posts on our advertisements each week and yet you have made a purchase yet. No company is "perfect" there will always be damages/ delivery issues whether if it's packaging issues, courier issues however you are judging based on other people's experience. By that then you might as well not purchase anything online because all stores online have issues.
My recommendation is that you make a purchase, check us out and see how we package and report back any issues (if any)
Looks like Game of Thrones Monopoly is out of stock. Shame as i probably would have grabbed Azul and this at that price if i could combine the shipping (same reason i haven't bought it from gameology)
went back in stock as i was looking at other games, works for me!
We sell on many channels but usually have a large amount of stock of each but would like to keep it low due to the various channels we sell on!
