Doubt it. I think you need to use it to bet at least twice before making any withdrawals.
Anyway, I used my $10 and bet on NSW winning Origin 1 by 12 points or less. I won with odds being 3.60 but you don't get the $10 back so I had $26 in my account. I then put it all on Man U winning UEFA CL so I now have $46.80 in my account! Sweet! What a lucky day!

Initial sign up went ok, claiming i would be notified within 24 hours for bonus credit if the offer was valid. After 6 days I have received no bonus credit.
Six days after registering I checked under the "Free Bets" menu and the $10 is there.
