Damn that is one hell of a price for a rx580 system. Just a note last time i checked (late Jan) the B350 motherboard they offer doesn't support usb type C and only has 2 ram slots like the A320. If you need space for more ram sticks the upgrade won't be very helpful. Ofc things could've changed now so YMMV, probs a good idea to call first.

I currently have a RTX 2070, and wonder if its worth purchasing one of these "pre-built" systems and replacing the GPU. Can anyone advise?

  I'd say its a better deal just on the fact the price difference more than covers the monitor video card and cpu.
  
  However the difference is substantial to some and many already have a monitor and dont need the added performance.
