Original PIX15 15% off 9 Sellers Deal Post

Not the cheapest they've been but a bit better than the current price from the PROMOMYER Deal ($359). Looks like only silver available though.

Bit of listing info:

QuietComfort wireless headphones II are engineered with world-class noise cancellation. And now they're even better. With the Google Assistant built in, you can play music, receive texts and get answers without glancing at your phone.

  • Apparently lots of people are waiting for another QC35ii deal near $300 (me included).

These are discounted in the states now so hopefully deals come through soon

  • I wouldn't buy another one. After having it for one year and a half mine got an issue which clearly it's a design flaw (sound disappears from right ear) like a cable malfunction and the only alternative BOSE store at Sydney CBD gave me was replacing it for a newer version at a cost of 370 AUD (more expensive then what I've initially paid for) since it's six months out of warranty.

Buying a product that costs more than 300 AUD and breaks in less than two years of usage is a joke. Bose no more.

Did you buy them here? You should have a case for redress under the Australian Consumer Law. Products must be of acceptable quality, which includes being durable, meaning they must function for a reasonable time after purchase, without breaking down. This takes into account the price paid for the goods. $300 headphones should last more than 1½ years regardless of how long the warranty period is.

      • Thanks for your message. Ive tried bose store, bose online chat and Videopro customer support (which I’ve used to buy the product). Any other channel I can use? Like a government ombudsman? Cheers!

I'd suggest contacting Bose and/or Videopro again and tell them you should be entitled to a repair or replacement under Australian Consumer Law. You might have better luck if they know you're aware of your rights. If that doesn't work, you can make a complaint. Good luck!

  • Does anyone know where to get an affordable replacement for the cushioning? My bose works fine but the coating on the cushioning has disintegrated…

This is not accessible for everyone, but as an FYI, if your company has partner pricing with Bose, check that portal first. It's $244 atm
