    MC needs to do a deal on freebuds pro 2. Doesn't make sense to me buying a flagship BT5 phone and using old tech BT4.1 inferior 1st gen earbuds. Oh and R2-D2…. I've got no interest in him farting and shuffling his little fat robot legs.

    After this deal expect a few P30 going for 600+ to 700 as people are desperate to sold off. Suggest mobile city do a 20% off before the gift card offer finish. that brings the price down to $680. Then people "may be" interested.

      I agree with 20% off while giftcard offer active. Huawei won't be able to maintain the $1599 rrp on the pro for long and will have to slash prices regardless. Throw us a decent deal mobileciti.

        Then you really should go back to Huawei (or Ingram) and get customer a better price. The Way that JB HiFI kept discounting P30 by $900 with a contract purchased suggest that Huawei are desperate to move this model.

      Are you saying the one from JB hifi is not carrier locked? I doubt it though they always lock it to the network it's subscribed on with the packaged deal

        JB HiFi is not carrier locked, can confirm 1st hand, picked one up yesterday

        Almost nobody carrier locks phones anymore, the most notable exception being cheap prepaid mobiles where the telco de-badges the phone and plasters itself all over.

          Anyhow that's good because people can buy p30 cheaper second hand.
