  To (boot) from the NVME module, you need to add NVME module to your motherboard bios.

  Otherwise the M.2 works pretty well. However, the speed will be limited to half of PCI X3.0

    How do you add a NVMe module to your motherboard bios?

      Pretty sure you have to https://www.samsung.com/semiconductor/minisite/ssd/download/…
      download the drivers to get the full transfer speeds

      Also check the bio if there is a setting if not maybe update the bio drivers
