I'm actually facing the same issue. Was on Spotify but it kept disconnecting and reconnecting when I'm only maximum 2 feet away without interference.

Sound wise is fantastic my coworker sitting next to me is not able to hear any leakage which is great!!
Comfy to wear and stays in the ear even when sweaty bullets from running.
Spotify sometimes has issues in black out areas disconnecting and reconnecting but library music is fine (rarely happens -I believe its more mobile data then the earbuds themselves)
A major issue is call quality. If the phone is in my pocket the receiving caller cannot hear properly "muffled" voices. However if my phone is in my hand then the phone call is fine except in busy environments it picks up everything. (not great!!)
The charging case sometimes unable to recognise if the ear buds are fully charged so continues to charge the earbuds overnight which then goes flat by the next morning (tested when buds and case are fully charged).
Bringing my earbuds+case to Samsung tech this week just to check to see I have a faulty unit

Quite disappointed at these. Been using it with my Note 8 and they've dropped / reset the connection even though I'm sitting 30cm from the phone. Seems to be an issue with lots of complaints - and the dropout isn't even with interference!
