40

Ideal for family barbecues in the park, backyard or even suitable for market stalls, this versatile gazebo from Marquee offers the strength and stability for long lasting performance.

Easily assembled at any location, this Marquee gazebo is the perfect shelter alternative to installing other heavy, permanent sheltering solutions.

Solid steel frame and construction
300D polyester canopy with PVC silver coating
UPF 50+
Wheeled bag with PVC coating
With ropes and ground stakes

I have had my eye on the OZtrail Deluxe 3.0 Gazebo and was waiting for it to get down to a sale price of $140. But when I walked into Bunnings today, I saw this brand on promotion and had to buy it. I tried to find a difference between the two and they both seem to be made out of the same steel construction with the canopy being 300D polyester with 600D reinforcement anchor points on the corners.

  • It still is $149

    • I will change the photos around to make it clearer. Website says $149. Store has orange sticker with $89 in the front display areas. I believe this to be nation wide.

Hand-written price tags usually mean store specific. In which Bunnings store did you find the deal?

        • Rouse Hill, NSW

@exidez: Thank you. I have edited the title to be specific to the Rouse Hill store until we have confirmation that the discount is nationwide.

        • Show the pic to your local Bunnings and more often than not they'll match the price. Done it a dozen times.

  • My local Bunnings has the OZtrail Deluxe 3.0 Gazebo on sale for $149. Is it worth getting that over these cheaper ones?

    • Do you need the walls too? They are normally $26.90 on top of the price, for each wall.

      • Yeah good point. I already have walls. I will be using these 4x at our yearly xmas campsite for 2 weeks. I dont really want to spend too much on them since 4 of will add up.

I have one of the $80 Aldi ones and it seems ok. I just wonder what is so good about the oztrail ones vs cheapies.

    • I think the cheapest I have seen the OZtrail was #135 or around there. I would have gone for OZtrail origionally purely for the brand. I don't know if OZtrail comes with the four walls or if you have to buy it separately. The Marquee one has the four walls included.

I have set this Marquee one up in my back yard and to be honest it is very similar to the OZtrail one my buddy had when we went camping. I cant fault this Marquee one only that the included wheel bag doesn't have any pockets for the walls/canopy.

We will see when I use it this Easter Weekend

Nice! It packs down tighter than Antman!

  • These marquees are junk compared to the central locking ones. Good thing is you can warranty them every time they break to get a new one. Bad thing is Bunnings is left with a waste pile of broken, cheap gazebos - like bin umbrellas when the wind picks up slightly.

    • You're right. Its terrible even in light winds. I've found it works best with weights on the base. So the savings from oztrail i spent on $39 weights to hold it down when windy.

  • Do these have the full scissor cross supports, or are they just perimeter frame with the single roof trusses?

    • -1

Perimeter. Avoid unless you’re on a super budget. They get destroyed with any wind.

    • it has the full scissor cross support

  • Bunnings Chatswood now has this for $49 and the OzTrail Deluxe 3.0 Gazebo for $99.

    • Good thing mine broke within a minute of using it with a gust of wind. Ruined the day, but I got a full refund.
