I said this in the last deal, but usually the store managers aren't informed by Subway HQ when these deals are being done, so instead of ordering a sub and then walking off without paying, I'd suggest calling the store first and making sure they do it, or telling them before you order your sub about the deal. Subway HQ is terrible when it comes to these deals.
That being said, giving 2 cookies for free is literally so cheap for the franchisees to provide, so all of the stores should honour it (even though many won't because they're cheapasses).
Just don't forget, most of the workers at Subway are just that; workers, and most of the time they're underpaid and already deal with enough shit from the managers/franchisees without getting abused for not honouring a deal that they had no idea about in the first place, so try to take it easy on them.

@watwatwat: I for one would prefer to answer a call and inform them we're not doing the deal than have a customer come in and waste their time then get annoyed at us for it.

Imagine this: you work for a cheap ass franchisee who cuts corners and cuts costs wherever possible because they want to save as much money as possible, and you give away 2 free cookies to every customer that asks for them because "we shouldn't care"? I'd like to see how long your job lasts at that store.
Them subways are getting smaller every year! They still barely keep the length at 6inch, the width is like an inch these days!
