  • Shows $49.99 for me

    • At the final checkout page, the price will be shown as $24.99. 😉

  • "the promotional code you entered cannot be applied to your purchase"

  • I'm pretty sure the switch is proprietary so won't work with a standard dock like this for video/audio.

    • It works with some docks, but it's a crapshoot and you won't know until you or someone else has bought it and tried it.

  • Stock has run out already?
Seems like there was very few for sale to begin with…

  • +1

My experience with the generic stuff like this is the overheating problem. I threw away 2 like this in the past because of the same problem.

  • Never owned a type c hub but got a new laptop (hp spectre) so looking into it. Is it a different feature where you can plug your type c hub in and connect the laptop charger through the hub and it will power charge your laptop still as if you were connecting direct to mains? I think someone mentioned it was power through or some other name?

Whereas the description for this is I presume you plug a usb type c cord from this hub to PD 3.0 charge something, which is different to what I'm alluding to?

is there a specific guideline to connecting a type c hub and being able to output to two hdmi monitors? Do you need two hdmi ports on the usb c hub? Or is there a way of splitting it? Is there even a way to determine if your laptop can support/output to two hdmi based monitors?
