Standard WPC, full of carbs. Stupidly overpriced at RRP but if you're desperate for protein, this should do.

Forget those crap. I’ve used True Protein for a few years and I train 2-3 times a day and compete in CrossFit competitions. Wouldn’t use anything except clean protein like True or similar products.

66% protein content and 20% carbs is pretty bad for a wpc.

And at $27/kg, not cheap at all.

Im built like a truck and never take any supplements or protein powders. Just hard work, clean foods and 7 hours sleep.
