Got an email for this offer from Powerbuy. You need to join up (free) and need to have an ABN in order to use this service. Basically its $50 of any of the 3G models of the iPad 2 from Next Byte Corporate - This one cannot be used at their retail stores. Postage is unknown as not stated however phone number is provided for Next Byte direct for more info (see below)
