My grandmother said the joke was old
E stands for Every man and his dog has heard that joke from 2016.
Feel like Samsung really want to sell more units. trade in program extended, EPP discount from day one, now 200 off promotion. In other words, not many people are buying .
Or they are pricing aggressively with their base model to grab more market and to leverage the fact that almost every other phone company has yet to release their 2019 flagship in the region. You will note that their s10+ line is holding relatively firm on price. They made the s10e with a specific market segment in mind and they are not afraid to market to it.
Can't always assume that sale = not selling.
Could be to combat the P30s….
it's actually their most successful launch mate….they are just getting into more hands, if anything the 10e should've started at under 1k to reach a specific market as Flximoi has also mentioned

Go on FB store seen a lot of people sell the s10 128gb new sealed for 900-1000, likely epp sellers
FB store mean facebook store?
yeah
tbh if I am dropping that coin, I'd always be more inclined to purchase directly from a store because you have that receipt for easy warranty and repairs.
Cheaper here if you have what it takes.
Wish it's dual SIM.
It's still $830 if you have friend working in one of company that samsung offers discount
get it cheaper via EPP
how do you get on the EPP if you dont work for any of those companies?
Get somebody who can get it for you via EPP. Plenty of listings in the classifieds
i swear back in my days the flag ship iphone used to cost $600. now the flagships cost almost $2k and the "eco" model is basically hovering the $1k mark….
