This is currently the best sitewide discount available, as eBay seems to have stopped the 10% ones. Must be the first month of the new quarter.
In particular, recent "sitewide" codes eg 10% PROUD and current 3% PLACE are only for eligible sellers (with stores). They haven't worked for used goods from private sellers and auctions.
While this offer is pretty dismal compared to ones with fewer restrictions in the past, it certainly just saved me $135 - I had two items, the lower one being $900, both from private sellers hence no other codes available.

The offer entitles you to 15% off the purchase price (excluding postage costs) of one item when you buy a second item listed on www.ebay.com.au.
The 15% discount will be applied to the lower priced item.The minimum spend requirement for the offer is $75 in one transaction during the Offer Period.
The redemption code is valid for three (3) transactions per person only. Both items must be purchased in the same transaction in order for one of the items to qualify for the discount.
The total discount is capped at $300 per transaction.
More than two items can be purchased in one transaction (up to a maximum of 10 items per transaction). In these circumstances, the discount will be applied to the second highest value item in the transaction.
Monetary amounts specified in these terms and conditions are in Australian dollars (AUD).
