  Day time quality: Way oversharpened and over exposed.

  Night time quality: Limited to just what the headlights will see directly in front of the car, everything else will be almost blacked out. Only time you will be able to read a number plate is when your car is stopped behind another car.

  For the price, its good enough for most people.
