Seems like a good deal from BigW and only for today.
There was 1 review that essentially was not good but when I read it, it was due to one of the luggages was faulty which I would assume that it could be returned to BigW for repair or replacement or even return within 10 days of receiving the goods (Read from the Return Policy).

Anyway, even with one out of 5 faulty surely with $50, it's still worth it.

Bought one myself :)

  Had very bad experience in the past.. wouldn't recommend anyone to buy this off bigw.
  With the bigger luggage, the wheels got damaged - that means have to pick it up the heavy weight while traveling… was very upset..

  Not only that, the retractable handle on the small bag came off.. which again meant have to pick the luggage up.

  Last thing you dont want traveling is the hassles of picking up all the bags knowing they are heavy - looks embarrassing.

  Note: i bought it in Xmas 2009 - things might have changed - but surely wont recommend

  Great buy - especially with free shipping! I paid $US49 for a 5 piece set in Macy's last black friday, would have got this if I didn't already have that set!

  Don't forget to use the 'BDAY5' coupon at checkout for a further $5 off. Be warned though- cheap luggage can be more trouble that it's worth. That said I've not seen these first hand…

  Probably fine if you're going to throw it into your car boot, but I wouldn't fly internationally with 'em. If you do it'd be a good idea to put a strap round it first. Still seems like good value though.

  I was actually looking at these on the weekend.
  Comparing the larger case with the getaway brand one in store.
  And this one was much sturdier with a moulded base and top which i thought was good for the price to protect items inside.
  For a cheap set i think this is a good deal - esp for $45 for the lot.
  We have been using cheapies bought in malaysia (needed more carry on luggage) for the past 5 years for domestic use and served us well and these were much sturdier than those.

  Agreed wouldnt use for international or heavy loaded trips but for overnight business trips i think would be fine.
