  Now that brings back memories of cinnamon sugar donuts from Woolies. Can't guarantee a donut smell but your feet and shoes will be a lot better with a mild cinnamon aroma.

  What material are these made from? Is it just that basic foam with a cloth top? I wear through them in days.

  Thanks for the question. The landing page on the website shows a layer diagram of the insole construction. These are hand made insoles with a cotton upper, cross sewn in raised rhomboid contours (sorry for the technical speak) which contain high grade cinnamon powder. Additional layers act to strengthen the insole and also wick away any moisture from the feet. These are not the cheap synthetic type foam insoles you see at supermarkets and chemists. They are designed to work on foot odour and shoe odour for up to 3 months. The insoles will last much longer but the beneficial effects of the cinnamon essential oil will diminish over time.
