Got this recently and quite good for general use, CPU is decent, but GPU is weaker so not great for gaming. With wifi only/low brightness I'm getting about 8-10 hrs media consumption.

Alldocube used to be known as Cube, one of the better tablet manufacturers in China

  • Anyone found any decent 12"+ Android tablets? 10" is too small for me (reading mags, browsing etc).

    • i haven't seen any, i only know of the chuwi hi12 and hi13 windows tablets. i guess at that size you might as well as get a chromebook since it's going to be heavy anyway.

  • FML just ordered a Chuwi hi9 air (pretty much identical) for around $270 AUD 2 weeks ago… it isn't even here yet.

the hi9 air has better screen, more storage/ram, bigger battery, plus there is actual discussion/roms on xda. but yes it's slightly overpriced imo, you can get the teclast t10 for around that price.

where were you 2 weeks ago ><

  • These can do Netflix and Stan right?

    • +1

i don't watch netflix so not expert.. but iirc from reviews you only get standard definition by default, might be some ways to get around it

  • is it worth forking out the extra $30-ish dollars to go for the M5 instead of the M5s?
the only difference appears to be 1gig more RAM at 4GB, and 32gig more making it 64gig - everything else appears to be identical unless i'm missing something?

i got the m5s and for youtube/web browsing/social media and its more than enough, really depends on what you're doing.

from orders the m5 is more popular, the higher res can be good if you do a lot of reading eg ebooks, or have 1440p videos.
