When I got an oven last month my experience was they had the lowest base price and hadn’t inflated the prices for the sale across multiple ovens. Additionally I called them up and the item I wanted wasn’t available for local pickup so they let me put click and collect at their central warehouse with a note I needed the item in Canberra and they redirected it at no cost. Was very impressed with the service and price.

  • Grinder time again! Have been waiting to buy another one for dad.

  • Does anyone know how the Vax Blade Pet Pro would compare against the Xiaomi Dreame V9?

Strange how there aren’t many reviews for the Xiaomi on the net, other than the dubious blog style reviews.

I’d like to know how it fares against the Dyson line.

  • Does not post to Regional NSW

  • The rice cooker i'm after isn't in the eligible list. :(

    Got excited for nothing. =/

  • Finally picked up a Samsung HW-N950! Been waiting for ages. Thanks OP!

  • Ugh, shipping to Western Australia… Come on good guys

    • Nor ACT. Can’t click and collect and I’m standing 400m away from a store that has what I want in stock. C&C works for Good Guys eBay store so guess who keeps getting my money?

if it helps, as above I was looking for an oven recently and there was a newish model that wasn't available in the ACT store (or any for that matter) at the time Bing Lee had its last 10 or 15% sale a month ago. I got on the online chat and they were 100% ok with me ordering on eBay with the central warehouse as the 'click and collect' location for the purpose of the eBay order, but told me to leave a comment on the order that it needed to be delivered to an ACT store. They did that and it was at the local store in about 3 business days.

If Good Guys have the item in stock at a similar price thats obviously less trouble but in my case the item wasn't available locally from any local stores for either Bing Lee or Good Guys, so I guess its good to know they can arrange that redelivery free of charge. A bit of a drag you have to talk to support first but it wasn't too troublesome, about 10 mins on the live chat.

From memory another option which I didn't try is they suggested putting in a NSW post code for the persons billing address but then selecting a different store as the click and collect location if that store would then show stock. Absolutely stupid work around but that might help if your local store ends up showing it has stock. Again, in my case no stores had the oven, only a NSW warehouse, so I couldn't 100% test if using a NSW postcode on my billing address would allow me to click and collect from elsewhere. Oddly enough not only did online chat suggest it but staff at the Belconnen store, so it musn't be completely uncommon an issue. They should really fix it up.

        • That’s really good to know! I’ll keep that in mind and give it a go next time. I appreciate you taking the time to let me know:)

  • does bing lee ebay have 15% off ebay every year?

will you get a better price using the ebay discount code or haggling with bing lee instore

    Where is search link ??????????

  • why not just have a 20% off?

    lame

  • why not 20% off so i can get the Dyson V10 Absolute+ :(

    • Do they provide proper invoice to claim the dock?

      • Just saw that offer yesterday at Bing Lee. I've purchased from them via ebay before and you do get an invoice, at least with click n collect. No reason why you shouldn't get one with goods delivered too. I think I may order today even if it's not the 20% off I was waiting for cos the dock looks good.

  • I'm trying to purchase a fridge… any idea why it says "This item doesn't post to Brisbane Metro"??
