    buyer beware…zapals are untrustworthy and should be banned from ozb…far too many ozb members have not received orders
    1 out of 5 orders received here (all purchased oct-early nov last year)…first order was fulfilled and all subsequent orders non delivered.

    Zapals - Missing Orders & Poor Customer Support…time to ban them from Ozbargain?

      Thanks for the reminder. I used to be critical of those on Ozbargain's who ordered from gearbest etc using free 30 business day shiping, then complaining here and lodging PayPal disputes when their orders didn't arrive in two weeks. However, your post made me check and I also have an undelivered order from Zapals in early November. Christmas and CNY can't explain a 3 month+ delay.

    yeah zapal is super slow in delivery too i think.
    better search similar item on aliexpress i bet you'll find one same or slightly cheaper

    Wow I just checked my zapals account and remembered I had ordered a item on November 7 and I didn't receive the item. The company should be banned from ozbargain.

      i also just checked. from 10 orders ranged from $0.30 to $2.73 i think there are 1 or 2 that i havent received. but dont really care they were just junks. i remember one thing went to bin straight 2 mins after i received it.
      what a landfill. sad.

      please people, cheap means cheap. pictures will always looks amazing.

    Haven't received anything since November. After wasting my time with their customer service for a few weeks, I took it to PayPal. It took another month but I just had 5 (yes 5) PayPal cases closed in my favour. Never again.
