They make some really good software. I love their Burning Studio, which imho much better than Nero.
I am also very happy with WinOptimizer,SlideShow Studio HD.
There are many other good and useful programs and at $10 they are real bargain.

Last time I pretty much got flamed for mentioning here how Ashampoo spams you like hell and does not let you delete your account details (not that I could find).
Then last weekend I got an email from AShampoo informing me that their servers got hacked and that customers details (names, addresses, etc.) got stolen. So you can imagine how pleased I am.

A good deal but as Andy stated use a disposable email address or live with the junk mail forever.
Maybe this sale is due to the fact that they are suffering a loss of customers after their customer database was recently hacked (sony not alone in it's new club). Consider your payment method carefully!
in all fairness, the financial details were not affected, because apparently they outsource that part. But I'm still not happy with them.
