  • G7 or P20 Pro?

      Probably the p20 pro.

I have a G7 and quite like it, but if you don't care about not having a headphone jack then the Huawei is probably the better bet (at the same price).

      • It's just that I kinda trust the LG brand more, have always had good experiences with their other appliance.
Was also lucky not to experience the boot loop with G4.
Dunno if I'm ready to spend $700+ in Huawei.

        • Ive had LGs for a while now - had a G4, G5, G6 and now the G7. never had a problem with any of them, although i understand that my G4 started bootlooping not too long after i sold it.

          • @xyron: On the + side for the P20, the finger print scanner is on the screen. Work gave me a nexus5x and I hate the scanner on the back (S7 user)

@ShouldIBuyIt: P20 pro has FPS below the screen not on the screen. Mate 20 Pro has it on the screen.

              • @dealhunter52: Ah yeah, I meant on the front. Good to know about the mate 20 pro, thanks, just don't have the budget ^^

            • @ShouldIBuyIt: Given I've had the sensor on the back since my G5, I much prefer it (although I could get used to an in-screen one, I'm sure). I suspect within a couple of generations it'll all be face unlock on the android side, anyway.

      P20 pro.

I had the LG G2, V10, v20 and they are terrible with software updates.

Camera is also better on the p20 pro.
