  • Do Nespresso pods fit into this?

Not the cheapest, a few years ago Lavazza capsule machine from Target was free plus profit after rebate. I only got one, could get more but…
Lavazza has different capsule types and not interchangeable between them.

    • Free machines, redeemed 480 free pods & free $$👍
That was a great deal. Bought a few,

    • em, i got three from target years ago, still using it.

Might get one for my new work. The boss is so stingy, they don't even have a water cooler, I bring bottles from ALDI.

Is this a price error? on my coles account it is showing as $3.96 save $75.0 for the machine

  • Searched Coles Online under "coffee machine" as didn't show in Deal Link. Couldn't find at local store, so tried other locations.

Found in Manly NSW & shows special $3.96 Save $75.04 Not showing at Pyrmont, Sydney so may be available at select stores. Same in Brisbane.

    Contains selection of capsules
Might be worth it for the pods, as long as not past best by date.

Box of 16 pods are $11 @ Coles, but $7 on special. Better pods cost a bit more at HN etc.

Might be a crazy price error.
Might try store (they have said they don't match online price)
    Good Luck

  • Can't order online need a minimum of $50.

Staff at my local lost their shit when i asked them to price match online. Running to the phone as if the money was coming out of their own pocket.

    • Did you get price match? Which store?
I was told NO at a Brisbane store as was likely a price error & online site was down.

  • Whole heap of stuff at ridiculously low prices, now website is down. Price error I'm pretty sure.

  • Scanned @$59 on special at local Coles. 4 available
    Wouldn't price match😢

  • For those hoping for an extra bonus - Lavazza cash back closed 3/2 & these weren't eligible.

  • Are there any hot chocolate machines? I don't mind coffee but am more of a hot chocolate kind of guy.

    • So am I.
Tried 2 machines (1 was nespresso) being demonstrated - wouldn't bother as made on hot water & powered milk.

(But could heat up hot milk / use a milk frother machine / use a steamer on a more expensive machine.)

Certainly didn't taste as good as made on hot milk. Used 2 pods (choc + powdered milk), so pretty expensive to drink compared with good hot choc powder & milk.

With start up & clean up times, took at least as long as heating milk in microwave & adding powder. And you have to love the taste of the capsule hot choc that fit your machine.

Lavazza don't have hot choc pods.
      Google "hot chocolate pods"

There are machines that heat chocolate to make hot choc, or melt your own.

      • I mean my go to method is milk and chocolate powder in a microwave. Sometimes I use boiling water but I find the taste is a little diluted using boiling water even a little bit to melt the powder.

$2/L chocolate milk can get expensive but is the best option for now.

        • I think the fat in the milk is what gives Hot Choc it's luxury feel. Made on water or using powdered milk - is ok when camping⛺

I heat milk in the mug in microwave, then add some good powder (& sometimes a tiny amount of Moccona).

          Enjoy☕

    • $3.96 per 1Ea
      Temporarily unavailable

At stores that had stock before website went down.

If price is an error, Coles will likely not honour online orders at wrong price.

Possibly taken down after requests to price match in-store alerted Online of price issue.

  • Website backup saying $11

  • Saying temporarily unavailable but I had one added to my cart before the website went down and it's still there, might buy $39 of more stuff and see how we go

  • Canberra Coles store - $59 a saving of 25% - down from $79.

I picked up my Coffee Machine click and collect. $3.80. Ordered in the morning before the site went down.
