    I don't think it's a bargain from the perspective of $/GB of storage but that said, looking at the prices on staticice, $8 is a better price than anything listed there

    I'm personally not aware of any special need to have a micro USB stick for any reason (vs regular size) but perhaps it's a bargain if you're in that particular market? </devils advocate>

        Can I ask why you need a micro USB stick? Let alone five of them? I'm not being facetious - I am genuinely interested since I can't see what purpose they serve compared to "regular" USB sticks which are already pretty damn small.

          I use one for a PVR which only has a USB port on the front and another with an OS loaded on it for a PC. Both are left in 24/7.

          It's less of an eyesore on the PVR. From experience cables that are heavy can loosen ports and cause problems so I also had that mind.

    What is the casing made of? Plastic or metal?

    If its a quality metal USB like the old Sandisk Cruzer micros, I'd pay $8 for one.

    The prices on eBay for this item are greater and they seem to be selling well. No one sells the 4GB for $8 or less, both locally and USA.
