its with WQHD screen and 512GB SSD

      • So? Apple’s Macbook Pro comes with 2560x1600 by default which is higher than WQHD(2560x1440) and even with the 512gb option, macbook is cheaper

Las gen processor too. Whatever happened to the cracking Lenovo deals of the past?

Up to Gen 5 now? Why bother!

    • They're up to Gen 3 for the ThinkPad X1 Yoga.

    • +1

X1 Yoga is only upto Gen 3

    • Woops, sorry!

  • This is the previous model from 2017. I recently got the 2018 Gen 3. Nice machine :)

  • Lenovo is not that great 2 motherboard failures on 2 machines around 23rd month mark. Extended warranty will pay for itself. New battery needs to be installed by the technician. You can't buy and install yourself. Was quoted $385 for the same. Lasted about 600 cycles. Thats about 65 cents a charge for the battery alone.

    • Did you try find the hardware maintenance manual for your model?

  • A Gen2 dual-core Thinkpad Yoga doesn't really seem compelling at that price. There's already Gen3 units with quad-core as standard, and Gen4 has been announced with aluminium bodies.
Also consider the Thinkpad Yoga L380 for most of the core features at a budget-friendly price, saving you a few hundred dollars.
