I'm so sick of their buggy website, things changing price between the item page and the cart, it's so sly tacking an extra $10 on when the item goes into the cart… and being charged shipping on orders over $150 when they're meant to be free, and they broke the order history when they upgraded the website a few months ago, the last order I can view on my order history page was from July 2018… And they don't bother responding to emails! .. bastards !

yeah just noticed they are wanting to charge me shipping for items that are over $150
It depends on what I have in the cart, if you look at 2 similar items, one on a good special and one not, the shipping will be free for the not so cheap item, and $15 for the similar item that's on a good special… (and if you have multiple items in the cart and it's showing free shipping in checkout, but then if you add a "good special" item, suddenly the shipping isn't free anymore)
It's so bloody sly and manipulative, and it probably falls into the ACCC's "false and misleading advertising" category…
Website stock levels lie. Paid online & wasted my afternoon chasing a sale from store to store. No deals here.
