The Baby Bundle is a bag filled with baby products and a selection of information to support the health, development and well-being of babies born in NSW.
The Baby Bundle is given to parents and caregivers of every baby born from 1 January 2019 when discharged from hospital. To be eligible, parents need to live in NSW.

I remember getting vouchers for XXXX beer form a NSW public hospital after a birth !
The stuff in this kit is freebies I got when I visited a pregnancy/baby exhibition (which was also free entry, on ozbargain).
They are samples that manufacturers generally give away to attract full orders.
Spending any amount of money on this, as the government, would be madness. Hopefully they got companies signing up for the advertising exposure instead.
Better have a baby to take advantage of this deal!

Definitely not worth $300. Maybe $100. Should probably have limited eligibility to the first child as most with existing children would already have the items. Seems like an attempt to get a few more votes in the upcoming NSW election. Definitely of use to parents having their first child though.
