So which one is the best I am confused.
Not so much about 'what's best', more that each has different sound characteristics which allow you choose the kind you prefer. Some people enjoy clicky, clacky or thuddy.
On the same boat as you 2 years ago, after trying out cherry blue and red, I'd recommend to go with cherry brown if this is going to be your first mechanical keyboard (please google yourself to find out the equivalent of cherry vs razer keys).
Agreed the brown (and similar variants) are more office-friendly for noise. I personally find them the most comfortable to type on as well, and if you want to make them even quieter get a set of rubber O-rings which helps to dampen the sound even further (the O-rings should fit the other switch-types, too). Just don't spend a fortune on them, search eBay for 'Cherry key switch o rings' to find the best deal; I paid AU$1.54 for a set and they're working fine.

The clicky keys are really really loud in an office, people say they can live with them.
As someone with a cherry mx brown keyboard - I really can't stand the cherry mx blues around me

Seems like an okay deal but ive had nothing but bad luck with razer keyboards and mice.

Almost 6 years on both blackwidow are going as new. Perhaps I'm lucky haha
I've bought 2 Razer mice since 2010. Both have gone through frankly abhorrent abuse and the first one only started dying in 2017.

i’m not a fan of RGB ….thames a while for PC to put jsb into sleep mode at night until
then it lights up the room, and if doing downloads overnight it lights up all night …..or you have to manually disable lighting before going to bed.
Unless this keyboard was designed by an idiotic satan, you can disable lights with a single key press.
I bought a Razer Blackwidow Elite Chroma, I set the whole keyboard to green with red around WASD. I just like the green.
Any comments on the BlackWidow Tournament Edition Stealth with Razer Orange? silent switches $62.40?
FYI, the Razer green switches are equivalent to the Cherry blues - clicky and tactile. For those who are interested the oranges are the same as Cherry browns, and yellows are Cherry reds.
