These places are as far/further than Beijing so the price is great.
However, as usual, Scoot does country specific promotions, and in this case the minimum return flight is $10 more expensive as part of a single booking, and the promotional price isn't even shown if booking one way in the opposite direction.

I actually didn't check all months but yes, that seemed to be the case for November when I checked yesterday. Lowest was in the high $200s.
