As bad as their child Jetstar then…. my partner forgot to login to her club jetstar, a service that we paid extra for, when booking her last flight then immediately same day when trying to add the extras realised the club jetstar benefits weren't showing - contacted them and they flatly refused to add her club membership benefits to the booking and threw fineprint at her about it must be at the time of booking (well what is the time, because they mean exactly at that time and not whilst still on the system, contacting them same day) - atrocious given its a paid for service! However I thought the full service airline would be better (without Joyce around anymore at least) - I guess it takes a while to change the customer service culture
I'd expect nothing less from Jetstar!
Regarding the discount I was talking about, though - that's through Webjet, not QANTAS. I digress

Contact them, insist that you entered the code but didn't get the discount and ask for them to apply it to your account? Worth a try
