I enjoy looking for cheap flights,

I found this deal on skyscanner, other people might have luck looking at other dates,

When I checked 20 Sep - 10 Oct, for a family of 5, came to $1277.79, adults were ~$318 each and kids were ~$213 each

I've never flown Sichuan Airlines, check reviews first as it doesn't have the best reviews, but for under 1/2 the price of the other airliens, someone might be game to try.

  Just wondering on how you intend to entertain the kids/yourselves for the 10.8 hr long layover in Chongqing on the first leg?

    According to this, they provide free hotel accommodation for international transits 6-26hrs long. The link in the post is dead so I can't confirm if it's still the case or if these flights qualify.

    that's why ultimately i didn't get them, if i did, books, games and an ipad with preloaded netflix tv and movies would have been our go to, we recently did 6 & 5 hour layovers at Shanghai PVG with similar things, kids got bored of window shopping within 1-2hrs, so had to have backups.

  great prices, at the cost of arriving at 4 a.m. by the time you get through customs, bags, and apply for ur free accom at the desk, then wait for the free bus, then get to ur accom and check in, it could easily be 7a.m. or later. then you try and sleep and check out at 11 a.m. ish and haul yourself back to the airport. honestly id rather pay 700 for direct flgihts, and yea i know its a lot more

    sorry, not $340 anymore,
    the really cheap ones don't stay around for long, usually people have snapped them up,
    you can try using the whole month search option that gives you the option to choose the cheapest outbound and inbound flights.
