My dogs getting the snip in the next month or so. Does anyone know if I take out comprehensive cover will the $50 toward desexing require me to pay the excess to claim or can I just claim it as part of the policy?
Pet insurance usually doesn’t have an excess, they pay a percentage

There was an option for a $100 excess or $0. I did look at the terms and it sort of indicates the excess is for accidents and illness but I never feel confident making these assumptions when it comes to insurance companies.
What about getting 3 new policies 1 dog and 2 cats - would I put them all in different names to take advantage of getting 3 x $80 vouchers ?
Surely you didn't give your dog and cats the same name, that would be chaotic at mealtimes.
