      It's less about the sanding but more about the suction too.

      You could do a ghetto diy version with maybe a small tube with sandpaper attached to a vacuum cleaner….

    Update: The reason this listing got taken down, is they oversold the stock they had on hand. They are still willing to honour the orders made, we just have to wait. Apparently stock will arrive end of this week-middle next week, and will be dispatched then.
