jbhifi. i'm hoping to convert them all into physical gift cards (paid with digital ones) as they have max 5 per transaction online. in store i think not.
but it's saying payment pending so i think they manually verify. can't see anything in t&c about not being able to do this.

Make sure you've logged into your UK account.
Even if you have both an Australian ebay account and a UK account, it is possible to access the UK site via your Australian account. In which case the code won't work. This happened to me.
Log out of your Australian account, and then log back in with your UK account, and it should work.

Where did you see this? The gift cards I had can be redeemed multiple times up to the balance.
I'm not seeing that in my T&C's. In my experience with these gift cards, you do not have to use the entire value of the gift card in a single purchase. eBay will store the unused portion in your account which you can use for subsequent purchases. And you can easily check the remaining amount on the gift card via the balance checker: https://www.ebay.com.au/gft/balance

Are you sure? it seems like you only get a voucher on the catch site, which you then apply on the catchconnect site to bring the price down by 50%. And that's the time you pay.
i dont think he is sure. i looked at T&c Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase Catch Connect services.

yeah im getting the same problem. renew ip, use a different browser in incognito and gave a fake mobile number (didn't get asked to verify), different AU address etc. i managed to do it ONE more time.
otherwise i tried again and failed after i logged into paypal. or possibly because i had to verify the mobile number with my real one and its linked to too many accounts.
Ya I got the same after trying my 4th set of purchases. There's something linking them all together but not sure exactly what.
Edit: pretty sure it's the phone number. Tried changing one setting at a time eg. Registration address, mailing address, phone number. And once I changed the phone number(to my wife's), it let me apply the code again.
It could be a combination of all the changes but my bet is its linking just by the phone number.

Just for your information who wants to buy more than 4(or 5) GC (with multiple Ebay UK accounts).
It just doesn't work now if you buy GCs with different Ebay UK Account but paying with the same Paypal Account. (Probably they now check if your Paypal account has previous purchasing history)
Of course, normal Credit Card won't work either now.
It worked for about 10 minutes when I paid another 4 GCs with the same Paypal account.(but with different Ebay UK accounts).

and $200 X4
GC in total.

If I remember correctly you need to change your primary address in account settings to your Australian one to stop this error

Create a new ebay account with my gf phone number and managed to get another 2 gift cards (use the same paypal account) … I think it's locked to only 2 cards per account. I wish i was faster and didn't miss the woolies :(

Created new ebay UK account, have UK address, Australian mobile and delivery address. Keeps not letting me use Paypal to pay (tried .com.au account as well as .co.uk account). Tried Firefox and Chrome. Credit card (2 different ones) stuck at pending then don't go through.
Any other ideas other than creating another paypal account?
