Back in the day when B&S Balls were a thing I had a polyester suit specially for them. You would not want anything better than that. It did the job for nearly two years until I forgot to clean it straight after once and it ended up covered in white mould. The mould liked the sugar in all the rum and coke I suspect.

I'm 183cm and 85kg (before today). Recently bought a skinny suit jacket from Connor, fits the way you want it too - 40cm.
But I'm not sure if these website sizes are accurate. I'm a broad built guy and their sizes START at 41cm.
Keen to buy but don't know about these sizes.
180cm your height - 30cm minimum for the head/neck/heels = 150cm lenght needed
Measurement for 6XL === 76cm jacket +74cm pants = 150cm
I would say 6XL or above (since it is slim fit) would work for you.
My younger brother is 180cm and 75kgs. He is size 5XL.
Unfortunately, they only have up to 5XL available.
