  I own the 4k edition and have found I can no longer download the software from their website or use their mobile app.

      I think it auto-forwards you onto their Aussie store site. You need to VPN to use their US site.

  I did some research and had some email correspondence with 360Fly support.

  Basically, I was told that the distributor in Australia has gone out of business. Interesting, they advised me not to buy this as support in Australia is limited.

  I will be cancelling my order today as I don't want to be left with an expensive paperweight.
