Engel mt45fp fridge and freezer. Powered by the world renowned 'Sawafuji Swing Motor' this 40 litre chest fridge is platinum in every respect. A rugged steel casing, steel lid and handles also doubles as tie down points. It features LED interior light, digital temperature display and fixed lid hinges. Supplied with 12 volt cord that plugs into cigarette socket and 240 volt lead with three pin plug.

Must be a "Repco autoclub member". I was able to register online through NRMA as I had an old expired roadside assistance policy with them

These don't go on sale often and $979.30 is much cheaper than I've found elsewhere.

    Only one moving part really helps with reliability. I've had a 82L Engle stainless running non stop for the last three years - hasn't missed a beat even on 45 degree days.

  I have the 80 litre version, absolutely fantastic. Like Iratepirate said, hasn’t missed a beat. Far better than the EvaKool that I had before I bought the Engel, as EvaKool said when I was having problems with there fridge, “Our fridges are not Engels”, ( I had explained to EvaKool that I have an old 30 years old Engel, that worked better in hot weather than there fridge did.)

    Doesn't come with a battery. Can be used off your car battery when camping.
