Should be a HP display somewhere in store. Used to be at front but at my local it was now at the back of store near milk etc.
The best way is to ring WWS either the local store or online WWS. They will be able to tell you which store has the stocks. You may ring that nominated store and ask the staff to reserve it for you.

Got some online via click and collect. Your store may not have the items, try selecting a different store.

While you’re waiting for your order to be picked, someone could grab the last one on the shelf that you paid for, making the product oversold and for you to be refunded

This is generally why they dont. Have to be taking a loss clearing them out at 50% off.
But why clear out a current line two weeks before Christmas?
It's also a big drop from the full RRP they were charging.
They reduced some City vehicles and Friends sets to half price last January.

It's actually 50% off the entire Harry Potter/Fantastic Beasts range they'd been selling recently. I'm surprised they've discounted it this heavily prior to Christmas and also that they included the Lego.

To be honest most orders would be cancelled due to their stock. The online stock system is very poor, you can order 100 each in any store originally stocks these items, obviously there are not that many left now.
I picked up the only Harry Potter one in Brentford Square (Vermont), VIC and the Fantastic Beasts from Forest Hill, VIC pre lunchtime today. Forest Hill didn't have the reduced prices ticketed and had around 3 more Harry Potter ones, situated near the BWS on the wall, and around 2 of each of the Fantastic Beasts ones for anyone looking in my neck of the woods.
Re those click & collecting, I placed an order early this morning that contained 2 of the Harry Potter mugs. At collection around 1100 they had none hence got refunded. For such items you just have to go in store and get them and also as previously stated, the online stock system is very inaccurate.
Thanks for the tip, got the last match set in Forest Hill at 9 this morning. There were two more grindelwalds escape left.

Doubt DJ has any stock, especially that match set. Also DJs price match policy is becoming more strict recently probably because of you quitting there?

I wanted the Quidditch set too! It's currently out of stock on the DJs Online store.

Probably a copy of your e-mail that says ready for collection and your ID at the bare minimum
They will send you a code to your mobile. And bring some form of ID.
ID, really? I don't C&C often but those handful of times from Coles I have just parked at the designated area and rang the number on the sign. Didn't even have to get out of the car. This is both QLD and Tassie.
I haven’t Click and Collected from a supermarket so I have no idea; I was basing it from my Click and Collects from department stores
Thanks OP. Went hunting around the stores around me. Picked up the 2 sets for under $35. Bargain. Found one in one store and the larger set in the last store. Also had the mega sized beanie boos for $25. Kids mostly sorted for Christmas.

Just scored all 3 at Lane Cove Woolies. Customer Service lady Rose was most unhelpful as there was none on the Harry Potter shelf with all the other merch and she didn't bother checking the system. I went to check the other section where other toys were and there were at least 1 carton of each lego sets. Worth checking it out! I went in at 8am today.

only ordered 2 sets. woolworths refunded me.
Thanks OP…I think they're thin on the ground. I checked one of my local Woolworths (Belconnen ACT), and didn't see any on the shelf. Thought I'd order online anyway, as they're still showing in stock. Don't like my chances, but worth a try.
The other 4 stores nearby showed no stock.
Yep…got the out of stock notification tonight, and refunded.
Plenty of stock in Marrickville Metro this morning - in two locations, all Harry Potter stuff at the front of an aisle near the far checkouts, plus all Lego stuff on three promotional stands in the centre of the store by the toys.
Great prices but not very enticing sets, imho - especially as we got all main characters in the recent blind bags.
Woolworths refunded me the $37.50 but I got a SMS saying order ready for pickup? This should be interesting?

I too received an SMS pick-up notification AFTER receiving an out of stock/refund email. I haven't received a refund yet so who knows.

Cannon hill woolworths in Brisbane has all 3 sets. Approx 6 of each. My gravatt and carindale don’t have any even through I could order last night. None in stock. Got a refund.
I got the last Quidditch match at Upper Coomera. They still had the Grindelwald Escape sets at Upper Coomera, Oxenford and also Runaway Bay but they didn’t look much for $20.
Went into woolworths this morning at open and bought every one they had, lady arrived 30 seconds later and man was she pissed off. To be fair there was only two of each there.

Got DJs Elizabeth St to price match Woolies! Grabbed the last box though. There may be one at Parramatta if anyone's in that area.
For interstate people trying to price match, call up your local DJs and ask them to see who has it in stock. You'll need the department number which is 9868 and the RMS or style code which is 22012462.
Ordered online when I saw this post with the Pillow for Christmas presents for delivery.. Then of course coming today and they cancel it Out of Stock days later.
You think they hold stock for those who ordered why they said available.. Just checked you can still add to cart for delivery.

I went to Kmart and had them price match the Woolworths webpage for the Quidditch Set. They weren't pleased about it and didn't make it easy.

Woolworths Double Bay still had stock yesterday. I got the last spider, still about 5-6 carriages left.
The Carriage wasnt really very good value considering the quidditch set was also $20 and 3 times as big. I didnt both with the fantastic beasts carriage.
