  Untrustworthy site.

  I bought a year of Gold from them a year or two back now. They emailed me a photo of a scratched off code. The code did not work, said it had already been cashed in. Talked to their tech support, got told to contact Microsoft to get proof the code had already been used. Actually did that, got a screenshot of a chat with Microsoft verifying the code had been used a good while prior. Sent that to the GamesDeal support guy, after a while, they finally caved and emailed me another code, weirdly branded as a 360 only code (meaning it's quite an old one at that) which worked fine.

  They seem to resell and resuse codes and when I last said this on their last deal, there were a fair few others who'd been in similar situations with them.

  Please don't buy the Xbox Live Gold subscription from any of these websites as they are illegitimate. They are able to sell these cheaper due to them acquiring them through stolen credit cards.

  If you use these codes you run the risk of your xbox live account being permanently banned.

  I learned this the hard way, luckily I was able to explain that I didn't know it was illegitimate so they let me off with a warning.
