@ElectroGhoul: Box lid doesnt sit flush, all coins/cards centered print qaulity seems fine to me, the insert is thich and strong at the top but weak and bent down the bottom? Only thing i noticed that wasnt what i expected?

7 Wonders sold out (yesterday) at Bayswater VIC for anyone looking.
I submitted a enquiry on their website and got a call from a Dimmeys representative. Only two copies were reserved for online and I got them both, the rest you'll find in stores as far as she told me.

Dimmys Coburg had about 5. My copy seems OK - some cards weren't printed completely center, and the printing isn't super crisp, but no spelling mistakes and I'm happy with it, at $10.

I am the extra picky type so maybe it's just me. It was the wonder cards and the 2 player cards only I think. They were printed with maybe 2-3mm boarder on the left and 4-5 on the right. I'll take a photo tomorrow.
Is the printing on your copy crisp or fairly blurry? I still think it's genuine though as the materials used is very quality.
Box was a lil iffy imo but cards ect were all great

I can confirm the following:
1) Lid does not sit flush.
2) High quality insert.
3) Box thickness is thin and glued down properly, making it easy to open and close.
4) The depth of the impressions for the I, II and III are quite shallow.
5) Manual fits snugly in the box.
6) Manual is stapled and contains all 12 pages.
7) The image on the back of the cards is definitely legible (e.g. I can see the arches to the left of the II).
8) The punch-out components are centred.
9) Scoring pad doesn't have the strange paper wings.
10) The player boards are centred (e.g. no white border, which you can see on the image for the counterfeit), and the boards feature crisp artwork (to my eye at least).
It was easy to identify straight away that my copy of the game was legit. Also, it was obvious even just looking at the box sitting on the store shelf, as you can see the box lid does not sit flush.
