It's..ok. More of the same after BF1. Balance is pretty good considering it just launched, maps are ok, but it does absolutely nothing new.
I'd really like to see the graphics / destruction improved.
You know, this is the very reason that this is the first BF I didn't buy. They are just all the same!
I've noticed that COD and BF can bank on sales so they do nothing for their fans anymore. They don't need to try at all, so they don't.
Black Ops 4 was quite good, I haven't bought any Call of Duty games since CoD4 though, and I stopped at Battlefield 4 since Hardline was pretty much the same thing.
@Jasonissm: I thought black ops 4 was the laziest attempt at a game. Even worse than MW3! For me, COD died with BLOPS2
It's fantastic, best Battlefield since BC2. Most detractors are just salty for being called out as sexists.
I really, really like this game. Gun play is as good as it has ever been. No fantastical wall running super humans. Vehicles are varied, (usually) balanced and they work. The problem I have is that like Battlefront 2, it has a similarly flawed progression model. Spend 14 hours flying planes and you're not just extremely lucky to get a plane for 14 hours you also have an amazing selection of weapons and upgrades to destroy anyone just trying the planes out for the first time. That's just Battlefield. First update has been great and I expect they will continue.

Have you also tried Press Left Bumper on the menu in BF1 and going all the to the battlefield game section menu and selecting BFV from there and checking the price
@deltoran: It doesnt show in the side menu as I said. Either way I purchased now through the store as it's my last 2018 game on my buy list.

Doesn't show up on mine or the missus' accounts in BF1 on the PS4. I already own BFV on my account so maybe that's why it doesn't show for me but she doesn't. She has played it on her account though so maybe that's why.
Pretty shitty if you ask me considering the game only went on sale last weekend in round 1 of the PSN Christmas sales at 37% off. Who would have predicted that it would have another, higher discount only a couple of days later? Sony are not interested in refunding the difference neither.
Games go on sale sure but not normally 50% off within weeks of the game launching. I'd be pissed off if I bought the game at launch for full price.
