    Invitation only

    • Might be there if you try again. I got the 'invitation only' message at midday but it's there now.

Anyone who ever wondered how much fees are:

    For normal (no shop):
    10.9% of final value + insertion fee of $1.65 (<$100) or $3.85 (>$100)

    THEN, Paypal fees:
    2.6% + $0.30 ( <$2,500)

    • I thought FVF were 10% and IF were free. I never have to pay for insertion fees.

    Worked for me.

Could confirm that this is targeted. I'd never get targeted for such an offer, I suppose.

Thanks TA, worked for me too!

Its targeted ebay selling is an abosolute joke when I intially started final value fees were 7.9% then 9.9% now 10.9% + 2.4% Paypal fee and shipping smh

      Yeah!
      Sydney Morning Herald!!

I don't think I've paid an eBay final value fee in about six months. Thanks @tightarse!

  • Mine is only for today. Weird

  • +2

I stopped paying insertion fees years ago thanks to my wife. 50% final value fee is a bit concerning though..

I clicked the link at 12:16PM and it says:

  • To get the no final value.
Does the item need to be sold between the listed dates?
    That's sold by Dec 10?

    • +1

Nope, you just need to list before Dec 10 and the item can sell after that date. Just make sure if you're selling BIN, that you set it for 30 days to get the maximum time out of it :) And also make sure it doesn't auto relist after that date.

  • Great, I got the offer even though I already accepted the same offer valid 4/12 to 7/12.

I'm running out of things to sell!

    • Buy more on eBay and then you can sell them if you don’t like them. :)

Sad: Unfortunately, this promotional offer is by invitation only.

    Thanks TA.
I always (on phone) sign in in different browser tab. Once signed in…
Then, click the go to deal option on ozbargain.
Im sure there are other ways to check, but this works for me, if anyone here is unsure how to check if they are targeted

Btw, What fees WILL we get charged . No insertion fee, no final value fee.
Is there another compulsory fee ? I'm thinking PayPal will still take a percentage. Not sure what else there is in fees for a basic listing. I know they charge for extras like adding extra pics, but is there any other unexpected fees they shall hit us with (besides paypal fees).

    • PayPal charges 2.6% + 35c per sale. PayPal still charges this fee. Otherwise, that's all - all eBay fees are waived.

  • Listed a few items last night.
My listings are not coming up in my search.

    • EDIT: they are all showing now
