  Was waiting for these to come on sale again - got one in the early amazon sales (and the first time purchase discount) and it's gotten use multiple times a week - So easy / useful, and works super well.

  It works based on the type of meat / thickness as far as I can tell, and calculates appropriately - but we've never had it undercook and steak / chicken have both turned out excellently. Just ordered another for a Christmas present!
