      Not sure at this stage to be honest as Sony is quite restricted with what in ear models are avaialable!

    Be warned they won’t refund, tried to return sennheisers as there is not enough padding in the band on the top.
    Was told bad luck. Would look elsewhere.

      We do of course offer a full warranty and support just unfortunately not change of mind returns after being used!

      We do have stores in almost every major city so you can demo for yourself however :)

        That doesn’t help those regional and 7 hour drive from a city.
        Plenty of better sellers with a good return. Beware would never buy again from this seller.

      We do only accept returns for faulty products however not just change of mind!

        Doesn’t matter now I sold them, but that was my experience no communication just cancelled the return request.
        Then I complained and was told your answer above about going to your store to try, was either you or your stock standard answer to a return request.

        It wasn a change of mind they are not comfortable to wear.

          "Not comfortable to wear" is subjective and wouldn't be classified as a major problem. The headphones would have a major problem if:

          • they had a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they’d known about it
          • they were significantly different from the sample or description
          • they were substantially unfit for its common purpose and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time
          • they don’t do what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time; or
          • they are unsafe.

          You're not entitled to a refund in this situation, unless the business allows change of mind refunds. The lack of communication isn't good though.
