  These mats are great for toddlers and preschoolers. I don't know what the quality of these ones is like, but I've found the cheap ones on AliExpress / banggood/ gearbest etc are fine.

  I am just curious to know how it works I mean in Physic way.

  the water soaks the material and you can see through the colour behind? (eg.wet facial tissue effect) is that it?

    I hadn't thought of describing it as a wet tissue effect, but that's it in a nutshell.
    The top layer dries fairly quickly. Then you can draw something new.
