  Book by 14 November.

  Hotel website showed a random night in March 2019 as $114 (advance saver rate). That's a saving of approx. 22% on the room (and that's not including the early check-in/free drink/'premium' wifi). For some, those extras might be worth something; for others they're worth not much at all.

  I don't think it's anywhere near a saving of 69% but as long as you can book by Nov 14 and you want to stay there you're saving some money.
